Job Description
- Monitor production data and identify trends or variances.
- Troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency cost reduction and product quality.
- Conduct and document production trials.
- Review and approve operating procedures process changes and safety analyses.
- Support quality investigations and provide technical guidance.
- Train production staff on new and revised procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety health environmental and operational policies.
- BS Engineering degree with 7 years of experience as a Process/ Project Engineer in process industries including chemicals fibers or related.
- Requires a solid background in process equipment design sizing mass balance and heat transfer calculations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
