Job Description
Wireless Architect -
Job responsibilities
1. Defining architecture and services solutioning with Wireleass protocols 5G/4G RAN and Core neworks
2. Create and define solution design implementation validaton support and solution life-cycle management
3. Guide technology partner and Network OEM ecosystem relationships
4. Guide and lead teams of integration engineers automation/test engineers release and operation engineer
5. Craft project artifacts and deliverables which includes design document solution descriptions top-level designs and other documentation.
Eligibility criteria
1. 15 years of experience working in the Wireless/IT engineering service solutions product management and on systems integration delivery roles.
2. Experienced as a solutions architect or enterprise architect in a product and service organization including deep technical knowledge and experience in 4G/5G use cases and cloud enabled solutions
3. Extensive experience with 3GG 4G and 5G SA/NSA Network architecture design and development of the network.
4. Good knowledge of 3GPP 5G Core Standards and its various interfaces
5. Good knowledge of end-to-end call flow - 5GC to RAN to mobile device
6. Demonstrated ability in triaging issues across 4G/5G RAN core and transport network components
7. Experience in guiding the team on test plan design and automation of testcases
8. Experience in measuring the performance of different device models and take forward the issues with respective OEMs
7. Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills. Customer and partner facting skills
