Job Description
Job Title: Senior WebLogic Developer
Location: Pittsburgh PA / Cleveland OH OR Dallas TX OR Phoenix AZ OR Birmingham AL (Hybrid)
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Description:
Develop maintain and optimize software for OS networked systems and databases.
Create platform architecture fine-tune final programs and troubleshoot critical issues.
Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - from analysis to deployment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) High School diploma.
Experience: 8 years in software development/system engineering.
Core Competencies: Strong communication problem-solving customer focus and time management skills.
Technical Skills (Required):
WebLogic (MUST HAVE)
SQL & Oracle DB
DevOps tools/processes
Agile methodology
SDLC expertise: requirements development testing delivery
Preferred / Nice-to-Haves:
ServiceNow & Dynatrace familiarity (can be learned on the job)
SQL & database performance tuning
API development and integration
Java / J2EE development
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering to define specifications performance needs and integration points.
Maintain and enhance software systems; resolve technical issues.
Develop test and validate software solutions.
Provide project updates documentation and technical guidance.
