Job Description
Change Management Consultant Part Time 100% Remote
When an established enterprise plans and implements significant technical changes it just works better with you in the mix.
Were seeking to engage an experienced Change Management Consultant to assist our client as they undertake a growth-driven mission to leverage new technology. They are a manufacturer that is replacing their current ERP (MS Dynamics) with the latest version of Epicor and they know that having a dedicated Change Management pro will make life easier for all involved. They are early in the process so this individual will play a key role in the process including:
- Create and implement practical CM strategies
- Build communication plans training materials and readiness assessments
- Forge relationships with tech functional and executive staff to earn trust
- Identify risks and produce clear actionable plans to mitigate them
Fun Fact: Since they are a manufacturer this individual will bring strategic CM that will impact everyone (and everything) from the shop floor to the C-suite.
This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week) contract role lasting 9-12 months and it can be done from anywhere in the US. Typical meeting and response times will be during the day with flexibility EST time zone based HQ. The pay will be on either a W2 or 1099 basis with an hourly rate ranging from 60-72hr depending on tax status. Youll be paid biweekly.
If you have 5 years of enterprise change management experience ideally within a manufacturing environment where you had a real (and articulable) impact please apply today. Any experience with ERP systems is a huge plus.
