Job Description

Title: Lead Java React Developer (Need someone strong with React)
Duration 12 Months

Location Charlotte NC/Chandler AZ/Dallas TX

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Full stack developer with strong experience in React Java spring spring boot microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of modern full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) React
  • Define and enforce coding standards best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Make key decisions on technology stack microservices architecture and integration strategy.

Project Modernization Responsibilities

  • Analyze legacy systems (e.g. monoliths) to identify modernization opportunities.
  • Drive the re-architecture of legacy components into scalable cloud-native microservices.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct code reviews technical walkthroughs and pair programming sessions.

Required/must have Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills in Java
  • Experience with J2EE Java SQL Oracle JavaScript React Bootstrap J Unit Spring based application JSP code controllers Unit Testing checkmarx/sonarqube microservices springboot.
