Job Title : Project Manager (Infrastructure Healthcare Systems Government)
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing infrastructure projects (e.g. building management systems temperature monitoring VOIP wireless access and related systems) including execution budget management Microsoft Project scheduling scope control status reporting communication planning and adherence to quality standards.
- Experience serving as a liaison between requesting entities (government agencies or private companies) and vendors from requirements gathering through project implementation.
- Strong background collaborating with architecture and infrastructure teams to define and integrate technical requirements for central servers and facility systems.
- Project management experience leading initiatives with direct stakeholder engagement at the state government director level and above.
- Experience managing IT projects for facility construction and relocations.
- Experience overseeing Patient Management Systems (appointment scheduling admissions discharge transfer clinical documentation) with integrations to external systems such as laboratories data warehouses and pharmacies.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining system documentation artifacts including context diagrams entity relationship diagrams architecture diagrams process flows use cases business requirements documents logical data models non-functional requirements and test plans.
- Experienced in facilitating requirements sessions with stakeholders.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
