PRTR is working with an enterprise company and is currently looking for an Automated Tester Manager.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation. You will be responsible for developing maintaining and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing effective test strategies and plans for automated testing.
- Creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Executing automated test suites and analyzing test results.
- Identifying documenting and tracking software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Continuously improving test processes frameworks and methodologies.
- Mentoring and training junior testers on automation best practices and techniques.
- Working closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB Certified Agile Tester) are a plus.
- Over 7 years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 5 years in automated testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Java Python or C#.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Cypress Selenium TestNG JUnit Cucumber).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail).
