PRTR IT Recruitment is supporting our client a global ICT solution provider specializing in solutions such as infrastructure network security cloud applications and more.
The work location is on Witthayu Road near BTS Phloenchit.
Job Description:
- Providing technical support to the sales team.
- Gathering requirements and designing solutions for customers.
- Creating proposals and Bill of Materials (BoM).
- Coordinating large-scale projects and collaborating with related parties.
- Delivering and completing clients IT solutions including servers workstations networks and CCTV systems.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality age not over 38 years old.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years of work experience as a Presale Engineer in server cloud/virtualization solutions.
- Skills in networking security virtualization on-premise servers storage Microsoft 365 and backup solutions.
- Candidates with Cloud certifications (AWS Azure) and Microsoft certifications will be highly considered.
- Experience in system analysis integration design installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Server Systems (AD DNS DHCP WSUS IIS File Server).
- Availability to work on weekends depending on assigned projects (not frequent).
- English communication skills (able to speak English for work).
- Characteristics: Strong communication teamwork service-minded attitude multitasking and proactivity.
