Job Description

We are looking for a Cold Email Specialist to take ownership of outbound email campaigns building testing and optimizing to generate a steady flow of qualified leads. This role combines hands-on execution with a strategic mindset to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create launch and optimize cold email campaigns to generate leads.
- Monitor email deliverability and improve open/reply rates.
- Research and segment prospect lists for precise targeting.
- Manage leads and workflows using Go High Level CRM
- Track results and suggest improvements for better performance.
- Contribute to improving the email and lead generation strategy.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in outbound/cold email lead generation.
- Experience running cold email campaigns with measurable results.
- Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation tools.
- Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms.
- Availability to work in EST timezone.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
