- The position is responsible for generating leads and sales from specified market segments and company-sponsored initiatives. It shall formulate execute plans and programs aligned with strategies to ensure the attainment of sales objectives particularly of the Group Life Business as well as other programs covered under the Sun Business Solutions (SBS) programs

Qualifications (heading)
- College graduate preferably Marketing or business-related course
- At least 4 years of sales related job preferably from the insurance pre-need and healthcare industry
- preferably with previous group sales experience
Responsibilities (heading)
- Conduct program presentations/orientation to companies & institutions for applicable group life & employee marketing products & services
- Conduct leads generation activities to support sales initiatives and coordinate with financial advisors to translate leads to sales by applying tools/programs developed for this purpose (i.e. STEPS)
- Develop establish and maintain productive business relationship with assigned intermediaries (agency force brokers)
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with institutional customers/clients and head office support group
- Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of awareness-generation activities that will support initial and subsequent sales (i.e. sales campaigns)
- Coordinate with STD on training requirement of assigned intermediaries to ensure product & service standards are observed in promoting the Group Life & Employee Marketing program to customers
- Handle group business related requirements of intermediaries particularly those viewed as potentials leads for the STEPS/Financial Planning program and other SBS programs that supports cross-selling initiative on Group Life accounts
- Perform appropriate duties/tasks that may be assigned by management
