Job Description
Compensation: $1500/month
Industry: Strategic Operations Brand Development Consumer Software
Schedule: Full-time Flexible hours Sync once per week max (EST overlap preferred)
Were looking for a sharp creative and organized content/growth operator to help run and grow three fast-moving brands at the forefront of AI and healthcare.
What youll do
Content Newsletter Ops
- Post 35x/day on X LinkedIn and (optionally) TikTok
- Write viral threads spicy replies explainers memes and brand POV
- Operate and grow 3 Beehiiv newsletters (youll fully own scheduling writing and delivery)
- Repurpose content across platforms visuals and formats
Growth Ops
- Help plan and run events: private dinners hackathons AMAs and more
- Support growth marketing: from SEO tests to email capture to lead gen
- Maintain Notion pages media kits databases and digital resources
- Coordinate light sales/partnership outreach (pitch decks follow-ups etc.)
- Build backend systems to help these brands scale efficiently
You might be a fit if:
- Youre extremely online and love creating content that performs
- You know or are eager to learn about AI venture and healthcare
- You write fast clear and cleverand can adapt voice across brands
- You have great taste in design detail and editorial voice
- Youre organized and comfortable juggling multiple fast-moving priorities
- Bonus: Youve grown a newsletter managed events or built side projects

- Writing & workflow: ChatGPT Perplexity Notion Beehiiv
- Design & visual: Canva Figma Midjourney CapCut
- Scheduling & analytics: Typefully Tweet Hunter Beehiiv Shield
- Ops: Notion Airtable Eventbrite Stripe Google Sheets
