The Opportunity
Were looking for an experiencedMaintenance Divisional Managerto drive operational success safety and team leadership across the Gisborne this senior leadership role reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance contracts and operations from strategic planning and budgeting to team development and client relationships.
For candidates needing to relocate to the region we are offering a relocation allowance and support to the successful candidate.
In addition to the above you will:
Build and maintain strong relationshipswith clients subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery secure future work and uphold Fulton Hogans reputation for quality and collaboration
Oversee operational delivery including planning resources managing subcontractors and resolving any issues affecting job progress or client satisfaction
Monitor team performance and compliance ensuring records are accurate safety procedures are followed and financial goals are met through proactive oversight and reporting
To be successful in this role you will:
Senior management experience in infrastructure or maintenance operations
Strong financial and asset management skills
Proven leadership capability with a focus on people safety and quality
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Sound knowledge of local authority and or NZTA processes
Understanding of relevant legislation and contract standards (e.g. NZS 3910/3917)
Current drivers licence
You will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
