As a core function of this support is our highly motivated HR team comprising of the Partnering & Advisory team Payroll Talent Organisational Development Systems and Data Reporting.
You will be part of the Partnership & Advisory team that is responsible for the provision of pragmatic HR advice and support to its customers and champions an One Team approach. M te tranga About the Role:
Our HR Business Partner role is structured to allow you to truly build strategic relationships with your the 6 months you will be a key influencer in supporting cultural change aligned with the strategic objectives of a large customer. This is a key role in our HR team where youll contribute to a high-performing team culture and embed excellence in our partnering and advisory service model.
T kete What you will bring to the role:
Were not really fussed if you come from the public or private sector (our team are a mix); were motivated to hear from great HR people with a track record in providing pragmatic advice and have a shared passion for providing an exceptional customer experience. We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Significant experience in human resources at a senior level with strategic solutions and leadership coaching expertise.
- Generalist knowledge in areas such as employee and industrial relations performance management remuneration and benefits.
- Proven success in influencing at a senior level with exceptional people and relationship management skills.
- Strong planning coordination and time-management abilities with a focus on strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Please note: This is a full-time fixed term role with the salary range for this position $110k - $140k per annum (pro rata) depending on the candidates experience and expertise.
