ABOUT THE ROLE
The Insights Manager champions the organisations insights and analysis capability and helps us understand what drives people to support our work and take action for the planet. Leading a small dedicated team they uncover the stories in our data and share insights that strengthen our fundraising grow engagement and enhance our campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
ABOUT YOU
No matter your background you will have led insights strategies for fundraising marketing awareness or sales campaigns and youll know how to transfer that experience into driving our environmental work. Your insights skills will help power our environmental campaigns as we take action on climate oceans protection and eradication of single use plastics.
Youll have:
At least 3 years of people management in an equivalent role
Tertiary qualification in Data Science Statistics or similar
A passion and commitment to the Greenpeace mission and values
Experience with Civis or other similar data partners
Advanced knowledge of SQL

SALARY & BENEFITS
When you work for Greenpeace Aotearoa you join a global network of people fighting to protect the environment for future generations to come. Our salaries are competitive within the not-for-profit sector and the range for this role is $110000 - $120000. Additionally to recognise the skills and experience you bring a competitive signing bonus is on offer for the successful candidate.
This is a full time permanent position (37.5hrs per week) based in Tmaki Makaurau.
