All the best teams are successful because they receive great direction and the NZ Contact Centre Team Leader your purpose is to ensure that your team delivers the required performance expectations and are committed to delivering a great customer contact experience.
You will be someone who is approachable credible and has experience in dealing with the unplanned with the ability to think on your feet. Youll be target driven and inspire your team through leading by example providing clear direction and regular coaching.

- Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Ability to plan and organise in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing persuading and motivating in both oral and written formats.
- Strong analytical ability and acute attention to detail.
- Experience participating in and leading group/team meetings.
- Experience training and developing people.
- Excellent computer literacy and able to use all business applications such as word excel and CRM applications.
- A minimum of 3 years leading a contact centre team in a service-based industry.
- Experienced people leader specifically in a contact/dispatch centre team.
