As a part of our Restaurant Team you excel in customer service have a passion for food and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a passionate and talented person to join our dynamic team.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Accurately recording customer orders including any special requests or dietary restrictions and ensuring they are communicated correctly to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and drinks to the table promptly ensuring they are served at the correct temperature and checking that everything is to the customers satisfaction.
- Providing attentive and friendly service addressing customer questions or concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
This is 50% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Is this you
- Experienced in a restaurant or banquet
- Flexible and reliable with a passion for creating great experiences.
- Good communicator with attention to detail
- Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.
