The job
As a Maintenance Engineer you will take charge of ensuring smooth operations and maintenance across all installations in approximately 50 different depot operations. With a focus on process optimization and technical expertise youll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects enhance efficiency and create a safe and productive work environment. You will make a difference by enabling end users to work with top-quality installations while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
Your expertise will be crucial in implementing improving and maintaining our technical installations and products driving our organization forward with cutting-edge solutions. Furthermore you will provide valuable insights to management on cost-effective investments that guarantee high-performance and efficiency of our technical installations and products both in the short and long term.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will take ownership of managing and controlling the budget and costs of depot operations ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing profitability. Your expertise in spare parts control and inventory management will be instrumental in supporting our regions and maintaining optimal operational performance.
Do you want to implement improve and maintain our technical installations
Additionally you will also be responsible for optimizing work methods and processes to enhance daily operations in our depots. Key responsibilities include analyzing work methods proposing improvements executing installation upgrades coordinating crisis management and establishing technical service departments in new depots to support regional operations.
For this role it is necessary to travel between 50% to 70% of your time to many different depot operations in Europe and the United Kingdom. Therefore you will have the unique chance to broaden your horizons gain international exposure and make a tangible impact on our operations throughout the continent.
