Duties and responsibilities:

• Create a positive team experience.
• Assists with the creation of client deliverable documentation including creating composing and editing written materials.
• Assists with the data gathering extraction and analysis of client data to support tax technology service delivery.
• Travels to client locations to gather data tax returns invoices purchase orders and other documentation as necessary for use in the tax technology deployment process.
• Analyzes existing business and system processes and provides recommendations with regard to the implementation of tax automation.
• Determines and documents business and system processes performed for tax determination and works with clients to help review define and document existing transaction tax processes.
• Installs and configures tax automation software solutions implements tax automation software and assists with day-to-day project management duties.
• Creates executes and documents testing scenarios.
• Reviews documentation and researches issues.
• Works with raw data to complete calculations.
• Uses computerized spreadsheets relational databases word processing software and computer programming software.
• Processes computer data to format and generate reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Accounting Information Systems Business Computer Information Systems Business Analytics Economics Engineering Mathematics or Statistics.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Access Excel Outlook and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid drivers license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm in person and via e-mail and telephone.
Position requires regular interaction with clients and interface with external vendors in person and via e-mail and telephone.
Independent travel requirement: Up to 30-40%.
