Your superpowers

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology Business HR or a related field.

  • 0 - 4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluency in English. Dutch German or French Big plus!

  • A hands-on get-it-done mentality: if something needs fixing youre on it.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills: youll need to challenge push back and influence hiring decisions.

  • Comfortable with the unknown: where new roles and priorities pop up often.

  • Curious driven and eager to grow fast.
