We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective teams arrangement.
Digital Product Manager
A proactive and hands-on Digital Product Manager to lead automation projects and enhance our digital product offerings. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise and a solid understanding of technology enabling the successful execution of digital strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver navigating the intersection of business needs and technological capabilities without being a traditional engineer.
We will count on you to:
Identify opportunities and drive solutions to enhance digital products.
Collaborate with business units and tech teams to ensure AI use cases align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Research and pinpoint generative AI opportunities to boost efficiency in routine tasks.
Document prototype requirements using sketches diagrams and wireframes.
Utilize prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Canva) to create engaging product designs.
Conduct market research and participate in business analysis.
Demonstrate hands-on acumen for automation projects utilizing relevant tools and technologies.
Provide clarity during the implementation stage and develop lifecycle plans for features.
Coordinate product implementation including testing and user acceptance.
Monitor and drive adoption of key digital solutions.
Identify risks create mitigation plans and provide regular management reports.
Collaborate with the global Digital Product community for cohesion and usability.
Hands-on experience with full-stack development (front end and back end).
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power BI.
Apply VBScript and macros to enhance automation and streamline processes.
What you need to have:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7-12 years of relevant work experience in digital product management.
Proven track record of product leadership and successful delivery of scalable digital products.
Experience with Python AI/ML technologies and their application in product management.
Qualifications in Agile methodologies and project management.
Exposure to AWS and Azure cloud technology stacks.
Strong analytical skills for managing complex problems.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
