Were looking for a Project Manager for our business primarily in the Data Centers Sector along with other sectors when needed. The role will be focusing on Malaysia and the main job function is to ensure that Data Center projects across Southeast Asia countries are planned executed and finalized successfully according to strict project deadlines. The project manager also defines the project objectives and oversees project quality & deliverables.

What youll do:
- Manage a project from contract award through to its completion and online date.
- Collaborate with departments to define the projects scope goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the projects mobilization and provide support during demobilization.
- Serve as the central point of contact managing stakeholder expectations with clear and timely communication.
- Proactively manage changes to the projects scope identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans.
- Ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the relevant operations manager or director providing all necessary project information.
- Conduct post-project reports to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and create recommendations for future projects.
- Coach mentor and motivate project team members holding them accountable fortheirtasks.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or similar field of relevance.
- At least 7 years of project management experience in the power industry.
- Proven experience in people management and on-site operations.
- Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
- A demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects.
- The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in motivating leading and driving for results.
- A solid technical background in electrical distribution systems generator operations and relatedprocedures.
