By joining our team youll have the opportunity to work with different cultures and different challenges in an excellent job responsibilitiesDaily monitoring and follow-up of shipments from origin to final delivery including supplier release transportation customs clearance and understanding of import requirements and documentation ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and accuracy of and review of customs documentation including necessary approvals with a general understanding of applicable standards and regulatory and management of delivery documentation ensuring all required paperwork is in place for final in transportation cost estimates and logistics inquiries providing internal clients with timely and accurate of final delivery stages optimizing resources and ensuring on-time arrival to customers regardless of shipment size or you bringAt least 2 years of proven experience in import/export compliance activitiesAdvanced EnglishKnowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Dynamics) is desirablePositive attitude assertiveness and strong execution skillsAbility to interact and collaborate within and outside the departmentCandidate should have a strong sense of urgency be proactive and be customer an equal opportunity employer FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
