Facilities Manager

Job Description Summary

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned site services by managing tools systems processes and resourcesincluding teams suppliers and stakeholders. Operating either independently or within an integrated team the role oversees all aspects of service execution engagement management and performance leadership of direct and indirect reports.

This client-facing role requires strong attention to detail timely and high-quality outcomes and advanced capabilities in stakeholder communication relationship management problem-solving decision-making and service delivery. Collaboration with internal leadership vendors and service consumers is key to achieving strategic and operational objectives.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Ensure Site Compliance & Safety: Maintain portfolio compliance with applicable laws and policies while safeguarding health safety and operational integrity across assigned sites.
  • Lead Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee inspections maintenance and supplier performance; manage budgets contracts and reports to meet service standards and client expectations.
  • Drive Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage staff performance and engagement foster customer satisfaction and provide expert support through innovation communication and leadership.

About You:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or a related field; proven experience in managing building operations maintenance and vendor services.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in facilities systems budgeting compliance and reporting; strong ability to evaluate risks solve problems and optimize service delivery.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent people management stakeholder engagement and customer service skills; capable of leading teams and coordinating across diverse functions.
