Booukind Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at <>. The Barista will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages primarily focusing on coffee and espresso-based drinks. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service maintaining a clean and inviting environment and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest in our coffee shop or cafe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and other coffee drinks according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and customer seating spaces.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist in training new baristas and support team members as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
