The Role
As a Senior Manager or Manager in the Investment Management Audit & Assurance business your responsibilities will include overseeing substantial client engagements and aiding in the resolution of any accounting auditing or other issues that arise throughout the audit process.
As an industry leader you will oversee and manage client services including creating audit budgets and plans. Furthermore someone with your knowledge will be needed to:
- driving the delivery of quick and efficient services while exceeding customer quality expectations
- Develop and create fantastic working connections with teams and clients in order to surpass client expectations.
- Consider your network potential clients and portfolio while making plans for your personal growth.
- Organize audit schedules distribute staff assignments and allocate workloads.
- Supervise mentor and motivate staff members including offering coaching and career guidance.
About you
- Hold an ACA/ACCA qualification (or its equivalent).
- Extensive expertise in spearheading audits within the Investment Management/Insurance sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling IFRS UK GAAP US GAAP or analogous reporting standards at an experienced level.
- Proficiency in nurturing meaningful client relationships with a specific focus on building rapport trust and confidence among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of autonomously handling numerous assignments or engagements.
