Were looking for a German-speaking HR Business Partner to join our international HR team and support our operations across various German speaking this role youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders helping shape people strategies that align with our global goals while reflecting local needs. This is your opportunity to work on diverse HR topicsfrom employee relations to leadership developmentwhile building strong partnerships across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the HR Business Partner for the DACH region offering expert guidance on a wide range of HR-related topics and challenges.
Build strong working relationships with countries regional and corporate leaders to develop and implement local HR strategies that support global business objectives.
Advise managers on building effective teams and managing complex HR matters.
Support talent development compensation leadership training and performance management initiatives.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for your stakeholders collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition Talent Management Compensation & Benefits etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws; conduct investigations and recommend appropriate follow-up actions as needed.
Represent Unisys in negotiations with employee representatives and works councils providing expert advice based on the legal landscape in each country (especially Germany and Austria).
Play a key role in M&A activities including HR due diligence and post-merger employee integration.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
Several years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Proven experience working with employee representatives and negotiating works council agreements (preferably in Germany and Austria).
Strong knowledge of labor law ideally focused on the DACH region.
Skilled in coaching leaders and driving leadership development.
Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.
