HK$19764 HK$24701 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist doctors / nurses to provide direct patient care.
2. Provide assistance and observation during care process / examination procedure.
3. Assist in setting up and assembly of equipment and prepare patients for investigation and treatment.
4. Perform daily disinfection and maintenance of medical equipment.
5. Assure the instrument count is correct and the working condition is satisfactory before use.
6. Perform appointment booking attendance taking and statistical data processing.
7. Provide supporting service to the clerical team in preparation of the medical records documents and stationery for consultation.
8. Answer patients enquiries and arrange follow-up appointments.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. (a) Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent; OR
(b) Completed F.3 / S.3 or equivalent with relevant working experience. (see Remark 4)
2. Holding certificate of the Health Care Assistant Training Course / Care-related Support Worker Training Course accredited by Hospital Authority. (see Remark 3)
3. Completed a recognized in-service training. (see Remark 2)
4. Good command of English and Chinese written and spoken.
Preferable Attributes /Exposure:
1. Has at least two years of experience in ward setting or Ambulatory Care Centre or Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
2. With knowledge of basic Microsoft Office program operation (e.g. Word Excel) and Chinese word processing.

2. Applicants who do not meet entry requirement (3) if found suitable will be employed to undergo at least 6 months on the job training including the structured departmental training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the assessment after training.
