Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of the quality management system at a project in accordance with company objectives and quality framework
- Responsible for ensuring effective quality assurance and control of the construction works and the materials used on the project
- Liaise with the project team to understand the project objectives
- Conduct periodic site visits and maintain oversight on the products/services / supplies from contractors sub-contractors and vendors; monitor adherence to standards defined in the approved quality plan and related quality control procedures / methods
- Monitor and report the quality performance of vendors / subcontractors and conduct functional quality audits and inspections where required
- Maintain quality related documents in a systematic manner in the company database
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or Degree inconstruction/ engineering/ material/ testingor related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the construction industry
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Experience in main contractors is preferable
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control management systems
- Knowledge of quality auditing techniques
- Membership of arecognizedprofessional body would be an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quality Engineer
