We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Summer Palace / Petrus () based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Waiter / Waitress - Summer Palace / Petrus () we rely on you to:
- Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant and section appointed
- Ensure service is delivered according to restaurant standards
- Make recommendations for dishes take order and deliver food and beverages
- Collect customers feedback to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience in food & beverage service preferably in the Hotel Industry
- Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
- Good command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
