Job Summary
Job role & Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries of motor insurance
Process and approve motor insurance applications
Follow up motor insurance renewal invitations
Sales of motor insurance products
Policy administration
Skills & Experience
Diploma or above
Holder of IIQE I&II is a preferred
At least 3 years solid experience in insurance customer service
Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in MS applications Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
