Main duties are:
- Oversee product quality from design to delivery
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Manage customer relations and supplier performance
- Gather and address customer requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support
- Manage customer complaints and disputes
- Source and qualify suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
- Resolve supplier quality issues
- Ensure product quality throughout the development and production process
- Conduct quality testing and inspections
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues
Requirements:
- Knowledge with trims and packaging
- Quality management expertise
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good team leader and team player
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English
