What Youll Do:
Lead and support advanced IT systems engineering for hybrid operations.
Provision deploy and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (physical virtual cloud).
Resolve Service Desk incidents and self-assign escalated tasks within your expertise.
Participate in IT projects disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
Train users and collaborate across departments to deliver efficient IT solutions.
Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Informatics Computer Engineering or related field.
510 years experience in most of the following: directory services systems administration networking (LAN/WAN/VPN) virtualization (VMWare) cloud computing (AWS Azure) SAN administration backup/recovery scripting (PowerShell) and mobility solutions.
Experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure).
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Project management ability and stakeholder engagement.
Certifications strongly desired: AWS CSA AWS CSysOpsA MCSE Azure MCSA Azure. Preferred: CCNA PMP.
