What is this role like
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Web Developer to join our fast-paced growing US team! In this role youll help bring our product vision to life by building sleek performant and scalable web experiences that power retailers marketplaces and advertisers using Topsorts platform.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with designers product managers and backend engineers to implement intuitive user-centric web interfaces.
- Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture to deployment ensuring accessibility performance and scalability.
- Translate complex technical concepts (like auction mechanics or retail monetization) into seamless user interactions.
- Contribute to and maintain our front-end component library and design system ensuring consistency and reusability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and product experiences that are fast responsive and visually engaging.
What (we think) you need to be successful but hey surprise us if youre an outlier!
- 35 years of experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer preferably in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
- Strong portfolio or project examples demonstrating web apps built with modern front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS with deep experience in frameworks like React or similar.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems.
- Strong attention to performance optimization accessibility and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) front-end tooling (Webpack Vite etc.) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication skills team-oriented mindset and a bias for action.
- Ability to work onsite from our Sao Paulo office 4 days a week.
