Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Finance consultant on high-priority shorter-term projects and value assessments withinPublic Cloud environments.
- Assist inFinance pre-sales activities(RFP responses client discovery demo preparation and delivery) ensuring alignment withPublic Cloud solutions and architectures.
- Providefinance quality assuranceon longer-term projects focusing on scalability security and best practices in cloud-based deployments.
- Collaborate with theDirector Finance Solutions and other Solution Architects to enhanceSyntaxs cloud-native intellectual property finance solutions industry-specific offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Design and implementcomplex finance enhancements/extensionsto standard SAP using thelatest SAP and cloud-native technologies(e.g. SAP BTP hyperscaler integrations).
- Providefunctional and architectural guidanceto teams designing cutting-edgePublic Cloud solutionsin the Finance space (e.g. Mobile solutions Business Intelligence and AI-driven automation).
- OptimizeSAP Finance solutionsfor performance security and compliance inmulti-cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP or SAP RISE with hyperscalers).
Qualifications:
- 13 years of hands-onSAP Finance (FI/CO) experiencewith a strong focus onPublic Cloud deployments.
- Minimum5 full life cycle implementationsof SAP as a Finance lead on large complex projects preferably in cloud-hosted environments.
- Proven expertise in implementingSAP best practices in Public Cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience withS/4HANA Finance (Release 1809 and above) including working knowledge ofFiori SAP BTP and hyperscaler integrations.
- Strong understanding ofmulti-tenant architectures cloud security and FinOps considerations.
- Excellentcommunication and management consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in a cloud-first transformation journey.
- Knowledge ofGroup Reporting SAC-P and other bolt-onsis highly advantageous.
- Knowledge ofStandard Revenue Recognition and Event-Based Revenue Recognitionis a plus.
- Experience integratingcentral AP Invoicing solutions(e.g. OpenText) in cloud environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work inUSA and Canada sponsorship is not provided.
