This Position reports to:
Travel & Expense Business partnerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the performance and improvement of the T&E process and for delivering high-quality cost-efficient and timely customer service. You will also showcase your expertise by making sure an accurate and timely completion of T&E tasks transactions and effective operational execution.
The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid
This role is contributing to the MODP MOTE in Xiamen China will be reporting to the AMEA regional FO Lead.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Defining tasks to ensure services are delivered as per the Service Level Agreements and meet established quality standards. Conducting analysis of the T&E process in the respective business and highlighting discrepancies for correction and improvement.
- Leading investigations as required providing input on the issues and escalating them according to the responsibility matrix. Collecting business needs and connecting withT&E teams to develop the proper solution (dashboard reporting on-line training policy changes)
- Handling questions related to T&E performance from business and country management and analyze business and country data on T&E and propose improvements internally and externally.
- Act as point of contact for Internal Control and Internal Audit within the countriesand support the design and introductionT&Ereleases in the countriesby applyingGuidelines Standards and Trainings in the geography.

Qualifications for the role
- You are immersed in / engaged in Travel and Expense Management & highly skilled in Using Concur you enjoy working with travel Managements .
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 5 years of experience in Travel and expense Management familiar with Concur travel request and expense Didi.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills Good cross department coordination especially with Finance HR and procurement
- You are passionate you are familiar with Travel policy and employee training .
- Degree in the relevant subject.
- You are at ease communicating in Chinese and English
