Job Description
Position : Drafter
Working Hours : Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday EST
Salary Range : 1500 - 2000 USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans based on specifications and sketches provided by engineers and architects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to prepare accurate drawings for construction projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy making revisions as necessary.
- Assist in preparing drawing packages for client presentations and approvals.
- Maintain organized project documentation including drawings revisions and design changes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting for construction projects particularly in MEP structural or solar fields.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings detailing and drafting standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
