Job scope

As a Sales Proposal Specialist for Pumps Cyclones and Valves (PCV) you will part of a high-motivated and impactful team being responsible for creating high quality and solutions focused proposals preparing bid documents and cost estimates to enable the sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Elaborate PCV equipment proposals professionally produced within the deadlines defined by the customer.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction sales strategies and fulfill the internal processes.
• Coordinate with Sales/Specialists to prepare the preliminary sizing/solutions to be proposed.
• Requests and coordinates with different stakeholders for information to meet the requirements in proposals preparation.
• Compile and estimates equipment parts and buy out costs to prepare final Capex.
• Consolidate the technical/commercial offer.
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety including others who may be affected by the companys operational activities.

What you bring

• University Graduate preferably Metallurgical Mechanical Chemical Electrical or Mining Engineering.
• Desirable knowledge/experience in Pumps Hydrocyclones and Valves.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Office Outlook etc).
• Desirable intermediate level of English.
• Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.
