Sarina Russo Job Access is a leadingWorkforce Australiaprovider helping thousands of people across QLD VIC and NSW find meaningful employment through recruitment and training solutions. We partner with employers and community groups to createsustainable employment pathways and now were looking for passionate individuals to join our team and make a real difference.
Location:Camden NSW
Hours:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
The Job
- Achieve KPIs linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality timely professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Business development sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
The Right Person
- Excellent relationship building business development and marketing skills
- Team player
- Ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Excellent communications skills
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Positive and energetic attitude a must
