Department Assistant Infusion Services at Oak Ridge
Full Time 80 Hours Per Pay Period Day Shift
Monday-Friday 8-5 Infusion registration and check in.

Position Summary:
Performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for a specific department or unit. Requires clerical training or experience and some knowledge of the units operational procedures. May perform departmental support functions such as processing payroll enter data into information systems or other duties similar in nature. Duties include answering phone calls scheduling and registering infusion patients.

Minimum Education:
None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a HS diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
One (1) to two (2) years clerical/administrative experience. Medical office and registration experience preferred.
