Job Description
In the role of Project Manager you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will have a leadership role in the delivery of various types of projects covering all software development stages starting from Pre-sales to Development to Maintenance. You will contribute in different phases of these projects including Project Planning Tracking Delivery Report People Management and Client Relationship Management with additional responsibility of Proposal/Solution Evaluation and New Business Development. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology as Project Manager.
At least 3 years experience in OSS/BSS Domain and working in Telecom Industry as Project Manager
Knowledge of Service provisioning Service assurance Order provisioning Operations management
Experience in Project Management Global Delivery Model Support Program & Product Management Project Design Review Project Audit
Programming/Development Tools: Java Apache/Tomcat Kafka MicroServices Spring boot
Databases: Oracle NoSQL
DevOps tools: CI/CD Jenkins Jira Git
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Network Protocols like GPON Ethernet VOIP etc.
Experience in Network services like Ethernet SDWAN Broadband VOIP 3G/4G
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
