Job Description
My Client is a large international consultancy who specialise in Petrochemical and Chemical project globally. Due to increase in workload they are looking to expand the document control team to be based in Rotterdam Netherlands for a 12 month renewable project.
The Document controller will be required to:
Supporting all document flow needs for engineering design disciplines Project Management disciplines and client site.
Issuing of Project Deliverables to Project Team & Client using Document Control System.
Managing the Project Deliverables in Electronic/Hard copy format.
Expedite Vendor Documentation.
Coordinate Project H/O Packages in accordance with client procedures.
Conducting Internal Audits & raising corrective actions in accordance with ISO 9001 Certification.
Liasing with clients vendors and contractors to deliver completed project handover documentationto client specifications.
Knowledge of Document Control systems.
Knowledge of Cloud System & Document Management Systems Document Retention Systems.
Experience as a document controller on projects from project inception to Project Handover.
Vendor Expediting.
Coordinating project H/O packages to meet client requirements.
Experience in ISO 9001 certification is a requirement.
Experience in all Microsoft Packages especially Microsoft Access.
- Aconex experience a preferred but not essential.
