Job Description

Position : International Logistics Coordinator

Clients Industry : Fabricated Metal Products

Work Hours (Client):TBD

Pay Range : $1000 - $1500

Location of Search : Len Guanajuato Mexico

Work Location : In Person/Onsite

You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of international logistics operations primarily focused on steel products shipped from suppliers to customers throughout North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for purchase orders from origin to final destination according to Incoterms.
  • Maintain updated records in systems such as HubSpot CRM and shared company files.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders carriers customs agents and customers.
  • Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update documents invoices and reports related to each shipment.
  • Assist the accounting department with payment requests and invoicing.
  • Support social media and marketing content updates.

What Were Looking For

  • University degree in International Trade or a related field.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken) - must be able to communicate with U.S.-based clients and partners.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in international traffic/logistics.
