Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize engineering skills/tools to design improve and/or optimize air moving and combustion products considering manufacturability quality and cost. These skills would include 3D Modeling FMEA and Lean Design techniques. Solve problems understanding tradeoffs in problem solving to drive improved designs. Execute and evaluate test plans and develop improved processes evaluating products or components. Communicate effectively with the Engineering team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience; Demonstrated organization oral and written communication skills; Strong relationship and team-building skills; Individual must be proactive high energy and have strong problem solving skills. 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
BSME/MSME degree. 1-5 years of relevant experience. 3D Modeling including GDT. CFD and FEA experience familiarity with gas appliance and heat pump technologies and working with Manufacturing and Quality teams a plus.
