Information Technology (IT) is the unified IT organization that supports the Universitys vision values mission and goals by providing IT infrastructure systems administrative applications academic resources and related services to faculty students and staff. The IT Network Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of all university-owned data voice and video services. This includes but is not limited to VMware Windows/Linux Server OS routers switches wireless LAN and Voice over IP.
Position Summary
The role of the Wireless Network Engineer II is to work with the Directors of Network Services and IT Network Operations to enable the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the University to offer highly available robust wired and wireless network services 24 hours per day 365 days per year. The Wireless Network Engineer II is responsible for assisting with the design configuration operation and support of the Universitys wired and wireless network infrastructure.
This position requires employees to work onsite.

The salary grade for the position is 13.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $85000 - $95000
