YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building managing and growing relationships with top restaurant partners acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. Youll use data-driven insights industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our Commercial Team where we focus on helping local businesses strengthen their presence and expand their reach leveraging data-driven insights and tailored commercial solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize partner growth increase sales and strengthen Glovos market presence.
  • Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partners identifying opportunities to boost their sales and visibility through tailored promotions and initiatives.
  • Optimize sales performance by analyzing key metrics such as order volume product sales ROI on campaigns and operational efficiency.
  • Drive data-backed decision-makinginvestigate underperforming campaigns identify sales trends and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Run commercial projects to strengthen Glovos position in key areas ensuring partner success and market share growth.
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness pitching success rates and overall team productivity.
  • Engage with partners proactivelycall restaurants pitch opportunities and negotiate deals to unlock new growth.

  • Experience in sales or account managementyoure comfortable reaching out to partners making calls and pitching solutions.
  • Strong analytical skillsyoure comfortable with numbers can spot trends and make data-driven recommendations.
