Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a proactive HR Officer to support key initiatives in employee engagement organizational development employer branding and internal communication. The role will also play an important part in facilitating performance review processes and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing engagement activities events and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Organizational Development: Support HR projects learning initiatives and change management activities that contribute to organizational growth.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that enhance the companys image as an employer of choice.
- Internal Communication: Draft and circulate internal communication material to keep employees informed and connected.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR assistance including coordination record keeping and responding to employee queries.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant HR experience (internships or prior HR roles).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (preferred).
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a team environment.
