Job Description

Position Summary:
- Greet and seat travellers whilst explaining the outlet and exceeding their expectations
- Guide travellers through the dining rooms and provide any assistance needed
- Assist with managing all food and beverage outlet bookings and enquiries whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Understand traveller requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in New Zealand
