Ttulo: Redator de Diagnstico Tcnico SR- 113039
As a Technical Documentation Analyst JR for the Enterprise Technical Information Development organization located in Indaiatuba-SP you will support and lead the development of operation and service related technical publications supporting John Deere products worldwide.
Position Responsibilities
- Support technical authoring activities for John Deere products manufactured globally;
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define and create high quality technical information supporting new product development programs;
- Work in partnership with product engineering as well as customer & product support stakeholders to identify and define content improvements improving technician efficiency and customer uptime;
- Contribute to enterprise innovation & strategy projects supporting standards development as well as technical information content advancements including automations AI and GenAI.
What Skills You Need
- Complete degree in Engineering Technologist Ag/Ag Sciences or other technical fields;
- Advanced English: broad vocabulary good grammar conducts meetings negotiates and provides training;
- The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultures backgrounds and interpersonal styles;
- Thorough knowledge in engineering principles theory and practice;
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting systems functions and components;
- Technical understanding of hydraulic mechanical electrical and electronic systems;
- Strong organizational communication problem-solving skills.

- Prior hands on service technician experience;
- Experience with construction and/or agricultural equipment.
