KyCAD would like to announce two vacancies to be filled in the capacity of Student Studio Monitor in the 849 Studio Building for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. This position is open to the entire student body at the Kentucky College of Art Design.
This position will be active from August 25th 2025 to May 15th 2026. This position is renewable.
Available shifts* include:
*Hours vary by week at a maximum of 8 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Position Description:
Under the direction of the VPAA/Dean the Student Studio Attendant performs a variety of work primarily involving the use of student classroom and studio use in the 849 Studio Building. The Student Studio Monitor would serve the college by monitoring the facility during designated shift hours during the academic year. This position will serve as the building attendant during work hours. Other duties include overall studio cleanliness; maintenance of attendance logs reporting questions and concerns of building users and adherence and enforcement of safety policies and protocols as used by the Kentucky College of Art Design.
