RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing contract sets for new staff renewing contracts and conducting initial orientation for newly hired employees.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases updating and maintaining employee benefits employment status and similar records and performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Monitoring maintaining and supporting the time attendance system including calculating overtime (OT).
- Preparing commission/incentive data (if applicable).
- Preparing reimbursement and expense data.
- Handling welfare for staff such as uniforms (Polo Workshop and staff uniforms) group insurance physical check-ups (if applicable) compensation and benefits issues including preparing company events such as power-up activities and New Year parties (if applicable).
- Answering employee questions on standard practices and addressing employee concerns with the company.
- Processing incoming mail.
- Creating and distributing documents such as warning letters certificates etc.
- Performing other assignments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in HR coordinator administrative roles or other related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a mature and pleasant personality.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Fair command of English and computer proficiency.
Company Benefits:
- OPD at Baht 1200 per visit (30 visits per policy pro-rata for employees joining during the year).
- IPD at Baht 1800 per day.
- ER at Baht 4000 per accident.
- Annual Leave (Vacation): 15 working days once the probation period is completed (pro-rata).
- Business Leave: 3 days with pay.
- Sick Leave: 30 days.
